Did severe storms and tornadoes on June 17, 2026, impact your home or business? The SBA has officially declared a disaster for Cole and Effingham Counties and several additional counties throughout the state, making low-interest federal loans available for your recovery. As a retired SBA Disaster Recovery Specialist, I provide expert, one-on-one guidance to help you navigate the application process and maximize your eligible funding. Don't let paperwork stand between you and your recovery.
How I Can Assist You:
• Homeowners & Renters: May apply for up to $100,000 for personal property losses (cars, furniture, etc.) and up to $500,000 for primary residence repairs.
• Business Owners & Nonprofits: Secure up to $2 million for physical damage (real estate, inventory, equipment) or Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) for working capital.
• Application Expertise: I help ensure your documentation is complete to avoid the common delays seen in the MySBA Loan Portal (https://lending.sba.gov/).
Important Application Deadlines:
• Physical Damage (real estate, equipment, personal property): September 8, 2026.
• Economic Injury (EIDL-Loss of Income/Working Capital): April 12, 2027.
Interest Rates currently start as low as 2.857% for homeowners/renters and 4% for businesses, with terms up to 30 years.
FEMA and SBA in person resources may soon be available at FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC). Check local media.
If you cannot or do not want to wait for a DRC opening, please email, call or text and I will respond accordingly.
