We are an underground construction company looking for a few labor hands to help with a project going on in Mattoon, IL.
Experience in underground construction is a plus, but is not necessary if you are a hard worker who will give the time and dedication to learn the field. Transportation to get to the job site is required.
We just need motivated people who don’t mind using a shovel and doing manual labor to assist in digging potholes for our drill crew. As this is underground construction, tasks may vary depending on the specific job.
Tasks can include, but not limited to, installing pedestals, flowerpots, and hand holes, assisting in pulling fiber through conduit, digging potholes and trenches, cleaning and restoration of work area, and any other needed tasks to compete the job.
Work will generally be Monday-Friday with major holidays off.

Pay will be based on experience, but will start at a minimum of $150 a day. We pay weekly every Friday beginning the Friday after the first week worked.
