This Rent is $1100 and INCLUDES: water, trash, yard, snow removal, internet, basic cable, and parking.

The only thing you pay outside of your $1100 is electric. The unit has central air and central heating, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths(bath and shower), washer and dryer, dish washer, garbage disposal, all appliances, and can come fully furnished if you wish (couch, love seat, end tables, dressers, beds, night stands, kitchen table, etc.).

At 1600 sq. ft., this apartment is VERY spacious. You do not share a wall with another unit; the entire unit is yours. This street is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and I’ve never felt ‘unsafe’. I will say this neighborhood is becoming more ‘family friendly’, and I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen or heard a party.

The clubhouse includes computers w/ internet access, printers, a small gym, tanning beds, pool tables, fooze ball tables, and a coffee bar ---free for residents.

Also, you do not need 4 people to sign the lease. This unit is great for families or even 2-3 people who are looking to have 2 bathrooms and guest room(s).
